Clarinet Fusion performs a concert at the Summerset I Annual Pancake Breakfast, to include a wide-variety of toe-tapping music performed by 9 musicians on 6 different kinds of clarinets.  This will be Clarinet Fusion’s second performance at Summerset I – you will not want to miss it!

Clarinet Fusion performs a summer concert, titled “Music on the Hill”, for the community of Pleasant Hill and beyond at the Pleasant Hill Sr. Center.  Audience members of all ages will enjoy the wide variety of music – from classical, to jazz, to pop, and more!  Bring the entire family to this fun-filled event at which you will see and hear six different kinds of clarinets being played by nine talented Bay Area musicians.

Clarinet Fusion performs a summer concert, titled “A Musical Fantasy”, for the residents of Rossmoor and their guests.  And – very special this summer – we have a phenomenal Guest Artist, Jerome Simasclarinetist and bass clarinetist of the San Francisco Symphony performing with Clarinet Fusion at our Rossmoor concert.  If you love the sound of the clarinet/bass clarinet and want to hear these instruments being played up close and personal with an eloquence like never before – by a top-notch professional clarinetist/bass clarinetist; one of the world’s best – you will not want to miss this event!

Simas will be performing a variety of music featuring solo Bb clarinet and solo bass clarinet with clarinet choir accompaniment – to include a world premiere performance of Matt Johnston’s arrangement of Elgar’s Romance Op. 62, for solo bass clarinet with clarinet choir.  Filling out the program will be the usual eclectic toe-tapping mix of clarinet choir music performed by Clarinet Fusion, with Jerome Simas sitting in.

Come hear a wide-variety of music played by nine musicians on six different kinds of clarinets ranging from 19-inches to 9-feet.  A fun evening will be had by all!

Private event for the residents of Rossmoor and their guests.  Free concert.  Sponsored by the  Rossmoor Recreation Department.
